Time to Raise the Bar on Claims Performance

Insurers fighting their way out of a severe global downturn are probably thinking more about sales and distribution than about claims processing these days. After all, it seems like distribution is where all the cool stuff is happening — social media, mobile applications, direct marketing, you name it. Investing in distribution seems like the way to go if, at long last, it’s time to start thinking about growth again.
