Overcoming the practical challenges of implementing Blueprint Two

| Webinar

The implications for data, operations and technology

Blueprint Two sets out a vision to deliver transformational change in the London market with the ambition of making London the most technologically advanced insurance marketplace.

The two-year programme is well underway but there are numerous operational, technological and data related challenges that will need to be overcome to successfully deliver this vision.

Based on the findings of our industry survey, this panel discussion will explore how to overcome specific implementation challenges and the technology and resources required.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • The impact and implications of enabling end-to-end standardised data through the Core Data Record
  • What will be the approach to implementing new data standards and changing the mindset around the value of data?
  • Assessing how current technology architecture will connect with new central systems
  • Rethinking current operations and ways of working to successfully implement Blueprint Two
