Taking place in the private dining rooms at the top of the Gherkin this exclusive evening event features two presentations exploring the practical challenges of maximising your data to enable digital transformation to set up a group discussion allowing you to explore best practice with your peers.

Following the presentations, the conversation continues more informally over a 3-course dinner.

Data presents society at large with some of the most fundamental challenges and opportunities and is driving change in all sectors, including insurance. Data is at the heart of digital transformation – having the right data opens the door to AI, RPA, IoT and beyond. But insurers have traditionally struggled with multiple data sets sitting on a myriad of legacy systems - creating challenges for systems and processes that increasingly need to be reimagined and re-engineered.

Tim Yorke, Transformation Director at AXA, will explore the practical challenges in maximising your data to enable digital transformation - and share some common pitfalls to be avoided – to set up a group discussion allowing you to explore best practice with your peers. This knowledge share will then continue more informally over a 3-course dinner hosted by BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.

At the same time, investment in AI, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation is transforming insurance against the backdrop of fundamental changes to data privacy law, practice and consumer expectation. Chris examines these challenges and the implications for the insurance sector.
