This SIG will help participants navigate the adoption of the Blueprint Two market modernisation initiative and the shift to a digital marketplace, with a current focus on preparing for phase one adoption for brokers and insurers.
A SIG dedicated to exploring opportunities and challenges in improving the customer experience in high volume insurance, with a focus on digital transformation of the customer journey and the enhancement of customer communications through automation and enabling technologies.
This SIG discuss some of the challenges of leveraging data and analytics across the product lifecycle and insurance value chain, as well as exploring future opportunities. It will feature use cases, implementation war stories and we anticipate a high demand for benchmarking.
This SIG will focus on claims transformation and the adoption of digital in high volume claims, including personal lines and SME commercial where high levels of commoditisation and automation are common.
This SIG will focus on claims transformation and the adoption of digital in complex commercial risk, including the Lloyd’s, London and companies markets.
This SIG will focus on the operational transformation required to deliver a digital operating model, and will focus on the people and process challenges rather than the technology
This SIG will focus on the technology infrastructure and architecture required to enable digital operating models, and will include discussions on platforms and replatforming, approaches to legacy, leveraging cloud and SaaS and so on. Definitely the most tech focused SIG.
Corporate membership
Corporate membership is on an annual basis only and gives up to 4 members all the benefits of premium membership listed above, plus FREE attendance at ALL TIN events for all members included in the membership. Cost £4000+VAT per annum.

Suppliers of services are requested not to apply to become members.
All member events and discussions will be 'practitioner only' and will be held under The Chatham House Rule, although TIN will produce member only reports using aggregated data and summaries of research conducted for broader distribution. No content will attribute anything to anyone without their permission!
