Date :16th July 11am
Duration: 1 hour
1. Welcome and recap of previous discussion
Set the context by summarising key themes from the last meeting, including scaling challenges, AI literacy and decentralised adoption.
2. Real-world AI implementation: what works and what doesn’t
Discuss the value of use cases that have moved from proof of concept to production, including lessons learned and where things went wrong.
3. Tracking GenAI performance and managing thresholds
Explore how organisations are measuring the accuracy and reliability of GenAI tools and determining when to remove or retain human oversight.
4. Balancing innovation with governance and architecture
Review strategies to manage decentralised AI experimentation while aligning to enterprise architecture and avoiding duplication.
5. Rethinking process design for AI at scale
Examine how existing processes can be redesigned to fully leverage AI rather than retrofitting automation into legacy workflows.
6. Evolving skills: from prompt engineering to judgement and oversight
Identify the operational skills needed to use AI effectively, focusing on critical thinking and understanding AI outputs.
7. Member suggestions and next steps
Capture input on additional topics of interest, potential case study contributors and vendor-client presentations for future meetings.
